Salman Butt to make Test comeback in West Indies Test Series
Per reliable sources of Top Pakistan, PCB is looking forward to select Salman Butt in the upcoming West Indies Tour as a replacement for Sharjeel Khan. Inzamam-ul-haq, the chief selector has been given the Green Signal to select Salman Butt. Salman Butt is very lucky to be a replacement for Sharjeel Khan, because he is OUT of international cricket for almost the same reason. PCB now have 3 confirmed openers, Mohammad Hafeez, Ahmad Shehzad, and Sami Aslam, but Salman Butt might just become the 4th opener for Pakistan’s Test side.
We all know how Salman Butt must explode some fireworks in his batting to satisfy himself, and delight the board and make them think, Salman Butt may just be perfect for the team. Maybe a century would do? The thing is that he needs to be in good form, and have a good average to be in the team since there is already a bowler with same match fixing allegations, and a similar ban, who isn’t that great after comeback, and is pretty much at times be burden on the Board.
It isn’t really confirmed by any PCB’s official, but the senior journalist of JHANG media group, Majid Bhatti has reported this news. We hope to see some great test cricket coming up.
