TORONTO: As we all know, the World XI is
scheduled to tour Pakistan and play three T20i’s in Lahore 2 months from now
(September 2017). This will be a really delightful opportunity for Pakistani
Cricket Fanatics to watch their Heros, and Heros from other international teams
in their own city. Since 2015, no team has toured Pakistan. The World XI tour
roumor’s were spread 1 day after the successful PSL 2017 final night, and was
later confirmed by Najam Sethi (Chairman PSL). As you are done reading that
boring paragraph I wrote for no good reason, let me tell you one thing. As you
watch the Champions vs the Hero’s, this boringness won’t even be remembered for
a minute.
THE EXPECTED TEAM (This
XI is not confirmed, and is the World XI announced by ICC in 2016, excluding
all players associated with BCCI)
Mahela jayawerdene (c) (Sri Lanka)
Jason Roy (England)
Quinton De Kock (South Africa) (w/k)
Joe Root (England)

Shane Watson (Australia)
Andre Russel (West Indies)
Mitchell Santner (New Zealand)
David Willey (England)
